I charge a simple, transparent flat fee of $12,000 to make my service affordable and give you confidence that you know I’m working to get the best home for you at the best price. Not spend all your budget – no surprises, no conflicts of interest, just expert guidance.

What Does the $12K Include? It’s Not All Upfront.

My total service fee is $12,000, however don’t worry, you won’t be paying it all at once. This is split into two parts: an initial engagement fee to initiate the process, and a success fee payable only when we secure the right property for you. It’s a structured approach designed to align with your success, not just ours.
