Unlike most buyer’s agents who charge a commission based on your purchase price, I charge a simple, flat fee, so you know exactly what you’re paying upfront, with no hidden costs.
My total service fee is $12,000, however don’t worry, you won’t be paying it all at once. This is split into two parts: an initial engagement fee to initiate the process, and a success fee payable only when we secure the right property for you. It’s a structured approach designed to align with your success, not just ours.
